EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
If for any reason the Client is not satisfied with the product purchased at www.estore.wandbqatar.com, they have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase to return it.
W&B Home will reimburse the full amount of the product price using the same means of payment as used by the Client for the initial transaction. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods at W&B Home-Warehouse. Delivery and return costs will not be reimbursed, if applicable. Delivery costs will only be refunded if W&B Home has delivered a different product by mistake, or with a defect.

This refund will be made under the responsibility of the Client, who must attach the purchase receipt. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. For Reed-Diffusers, Home Spray products, their packaging must not have been opened.
The time it will take for the deposit to appear in the Client’s account will depend on their bank.
