Delivery Information
Orders are delivered within all addresses in Qatar.
The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.
Delivery Options:
According to your delivery location we deliver your products within 48 hours during regular working days and 72 hours during weekends after the purchase confirmation of the W&B Home Product.
Deliveries are free of charge for purchases of 499 QAR and above. For purchases below 499 QAR, the delivery charge applies.
Above mentioned delivery charges apply in Qatar only and may vary for deliveries outside Qatar.
* Orders placed on Fridays and/or on public holidays, will be considered as placed on the first working day following the order’s submission. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Return Pick-Up
Delivery and pick-up service for exchange and/ or return will be as follows for:
- exchange the same purchased item (different size and/or colour), the delivery service will be free of charge and pick up service will be chargeable.
- returns the delivery charge incurred originally (if any) will be deducted from the returned value of the refund.
- returns incurred as an error from our side (unavailability of product or delivery of the wrong product), the delivery charge will be shouldered by W&B Home.
